All information for state testing will be provided after your course.
After successful completion of steps 1 and 2 students may apply for employment and/or register for the state exam for licensure.Classroom learning / lab – after completing the online portion of the class, students will attend 35 hours of classroom practical / testing sessions.Those who do not complete the online portion will not be allowed into the in-person sessions and must reschedule. Access to the online material will be granted soon after registration and no later than roughly 7 – 10 days prior to the classroom courses. Blended learning – Students will first complete 43 hours of online training required prior to the listed in-classroom dates.Students must pass all portions of the training in order to graduate. The Red Cross Nurse Assistant Training course has several components. *During Covid-19 clinical rotations have been waived so that employers can hire CNAs quickly after completion of the course.* Course Information The purpose of the state exam is to make sure that the graduate understands and can safely perform in the role of an entry-level nurse assistant. The state competency exam includes both a written examination and a skills evaluation. After successful completion of the state exam (additional state testing fees may apply) you will be listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.

All courses include online coursework with additional in-class evolutions following strict social distancing guidelines.
